Prostanthera rotundifolia
My partner just passed away this past week, but we had just taken pictures of our bush mint with some of the low level yard lights. This is his favorite plant and he recommended it to many of his landscape clients.

I am so sorry for your loss, but am glad that you have such lovely remembrances of your partner.
Thanks for your note. Some days are very difficult, but I often find myself smiling when I look around and see so many of the projects that made our house a home. Ironically, one of his other favorite plants are sweet peas. We planted a pot with them last Sept. We didn't expect them to do much of anything until Feb/Mar, but they thrived even though they were above ground and we had a much colder winter than normal.
I'm creating a DVD photo story with pictures and favorite music - I've compiled some pictures from the last 2 years and you are welcome to view them. My web page is clunky, but it at least lets me share pictures easily (not everyone is Seattle is a web designer). I hope to have new pictures of his recent projects posted in the next few weeks.

Are those your kitties? I have three "kids" that rule my house. And a 24/7 buffet on the front porch which is visited by every cat (and critter) within a two-mile radius.

What a nice thought Greg. This way as people see your tribute they will know Brad was here and also how much he meant to you. I hope all these years later that you have a nice life and can remember Brad without so much of the pain of losing him. Whenever I see a Prostanthera rotundifolia, which I actually see often, I will think of you both.
