Seeking Red Perilla Seedlings

I have heard a lot of people in more southern areas complain that red perilla sprouts up everywhere in the spring. It doesn't seem to set seed for me in NH and I always have difficulty germinating seed. Do seeds need cold stratification like cleome before sowing? Can anyone send me around 50 seedlings? I am willing to trade or do postage. Thanks!

Studley let me check to see if I have some more sprouting. I just pulled up a huge bucket full and tossed them last weekend.
