It actually works, here is a picture, I'm hoping that Happenstance will be able to ID this one, I don't have a label, it did come from the Huntington Gardens.

Hi Norma -

Well I'm not an expert by any means, especially from a picture. :-) Does HG not know what it is? I'm almost afraid to venture a guess, if they don't know!

What the heck I'll give it a go.....how about an Aporocactus similar to this one. It a good image closeup, perhaps you can tell if it is at least similar to yours:

Happanstance, I believe you are right.
I compared it to my big one,( meaning the stems are larger around,) this big one may be monstrose, it spirels. The flowers on mY DELICATE plant look like they are smaller, and the stems are Shapie thin. I know there are more than 1 species in the complex.

Thanks, I only know about succulent plants, of the Crassulacae family. I have a lot of other species, but can't name them without their label. a BIG THANK YOU. Nomra

Do you like species of the Rhipsalis family. I have many of those with labels. Norma

Rhips are fun. they have some odd looking criters in their family tree but I guess that can be said for most cactus species. I suppose that is why we collect the things.

Thanks gang, there are many more to go (pictures) I don't want to hog the forum. I had a lots of help. Thanks to all of you for cheering me on.
For my age I'm one stubborn lady, I was going to get it right before I die, I want to get my money's worth out of this PC. I also wanted to keep my promise that I was going to send pictures.

I have 20 more years to go, before I quit. Norma

I took about 60 pictures, not all are ready, and I did weed out the ones that weren't sharp. That is why they look good. I took more pictures today, one was a beautiful Hoya ready to open, it going to be a very large flower, and several Hoya leaves that I thought were different and interesting.
