this was discussed here once before. someone put down some hyperlinks. can you list them again please. has anyone every tried to patent a recipe that they sold for profit? if so, would like to hear from you. spoke to attorney today who mentioned "trade secrets" which means basically that we write down the recipe with the date and seal it in an envelope. if someone ever tries to use it you have the envelope for proof. doesen't sound very legal to me. asnyway, am hoping to hear from anyone on this subject. thanks.
