Tom Pouce Dessert

Here's the easiest recipe:

Tom Pouce Dessert

Line 9x13 baking pan/tupperware container (or whatever size you prefer) with graham crackers, cutting to fit.
Make 2 (3 oz) or one (6 oz.) box of instant pudding, (I prefer French vanilla), and spread over crackers.
Cover pudding with another layer of crackers.
Make an icing glaze with powdered sugar and water. Pour and spread over crackers.
Melt chocolate chips or use icecream topping to drizzle over top.
Serve with whipped topping. Enjoy!

If you'd like a fancier bakery dessert, bake puff pastry and use in place of the graham crackers.
Use cooked pudding/custard instead of instant, be sure to cool before adding. Find Dutch or English custard at some type of European shop. Yummy!
Use real whipped cream instead of cool whip.
Substitute any favorite flavor of pudding, drizzle with different toppings, etc. taylor it to your liking.

(The 'Honig' Dutch custard I use does not have exact measurements on the box, so use 4 c. milk, 3/4 c. custard powder and 1 c. sugar, and follow directions.)
