Every single time I open Outlook Express on my Windows ME computer I get the following message:
Explorer has caused an error in WININET.DLL
Elplorer will now close.
If you continue to experience problems, try restarting your computer.
This has happened 4-5 times just trying to get onto Outlook. When I finally get on it's fine. When I exit, my desktop is usually on the Safe Mode.
What can I do to stop this?!?
