My Epi finally opened!

MD &, VA(Zone 7b)

I have two epi's that my mom gave me last spring. I didn't get a pic of the first one that bloomed. But the flower was only half the size of this one and was a lot lighter pink.

It has had buds growing for what seemed like forever!

Pretty one Jody. I've waited over two years and still no blooms on mine.

Pretty Jody. I have one of those plants, but did not know what it was, now I do.

Thanks ya'll!!

Brugie, my moms and sisters still have no buds either ;) theirs are in the house. I kept them in the cool greenhouse (45*) all winter and think I read somewhere that the cool period helps them to bloom?

Sure darius! I'm leaving for Maine in the morning but I'll email ya when I get back in about a week! :)

Thanks Jody, I'll take mine to the basement this winter then. That is where my night blooming cerus is. I think I can bring it up now. Hopefully we won't have anymore really cold nights.
