I got ripped off from some person in the states I won some plants on ebay when they got here a month later the plants were sludge what a waist of money I tried contacting the buyer several time with no responce so I decieded to leave negative feed back well what a mistake first ebay sends me a email on how the negative feedback is not a good idea because it could hurt the seller!! so I sent ebay another email telling them how mad I was that I can get ripped off and the still protect the seller (a couple of weeks ago I sent a formal complaint and they said they would look in to it! what a crock of----!) they told me the person is a good seller I looked on his feedback and every fourth one is negative !!! I have won items from fellow canadians and they have been great I guess I will stick with my own kind,the honest non cheating kind! sorry for my rambilins but I got soaked for 45 us never again ,thanks for reading shawn

Sorry to hear about your bad experience but maybe the seller is not the one at fault here.
When did the seller ship the plants out? A few days ago or a month ago?
You stated above that the seller was from the US, so did you legally import the plants with Import permit or did you go the risky route of chancing it without applying for the permit?
If you chanced it, you may actually had your plants stuck at customs for a while and shouldn't turn the blame onto the seller.
I sent the seller 3 emails with no responce at all I called the phone number provided ,it was not in service! I did all that I could to contact the seller! I have no clue when he sent the order because there was no responce at all until I posted negative feedback then all of a sudden this guy is alive and can post negative feedback for me saying I did it for fun
What ship date was on the package?

Shawn, I understand your frustration and you may be right that the seller was at fault and that it is not right that the seller did not answer your E-Mails but it is my opinion that one should make absolutely sure of wrongdoing by the other involved before giving the negative feedback on Ebay. Cross border shipping of plants without permit is risky and every time you chance it you may get nil, nada, nichts,....
Experienced sellers from the US will not ship plants cross border unless you talk them into it by paying no matter if plants arrive or not, so you better make sure that it is an absolutely trustworthy seller you buy from.
