Im looking on the internet now, my daughter just told me she needs an authentic mexican recipe for afterschool tomorrow, school assignment in spanish class, and they have tomorrow to make it, and hand it in wed. Jeese, why's a mother always the last to know. I'm searching now for an easy recipe that's authentic mexican, not tacos, nachos, enchaladas or burritos type thing, not tex mex either. I have no idea what authentic mexican food is, LOL taco bell is my idea of mexican food. Anybody know of any kind of recipe that would be easy enough for 3 l5 yr olds to make in a couple hours without spending alot of money on ingredients. LOL . She has to have the recipe for school tomorrow.
