These flowers are not only beautiful, they smell gorgeous, and on warm summer evenings can fill the air for some distance with their heady scent.
Apparently, an infusion of the flowers can be deadly poisonous, and the common name here in Morocco has something to do with doing in one's mother-in-law!! (I haven't tried it yet!!)

Oh...the entire plant is highly poisoness....every part of the plant! Nasty stuff....don't put this in your mother-in-law's salad! Eeeeeek! LOL!

Great job on growing the plant...it's gorgeous! I love the scent! I have the pure white datura (Angel's Trumpet) and I have found that mine just reseads in my Maine garden! It's easy and beautiful!
