I've had mine about a year now and it is growing strong. I think it will cover and entire tree this year for sure. I have more blooms than I can count anymore and are they ever pretty.....really love this one..... :o)

WW,that is so pretty and very dark lavender too!
Donna haven't you guys been having record high temps this past week?

Citrus Heights, CA(Zone 9b)

We have here 96f today. I took this last night. What fertilizer do you guys use? I heard that2-1-3 is the ratio for best of everything. 10-5-15 or 20. I am using 1/3 peat moss 1/3 sand 1/3 potting soil, how does that sound?

I use Peters, 15-30-15, but I don't fertilize the Passiflorias alot maybe once a month if that. I am to busy fertilizing the brugs. Can't afford to fertilize everything else......lol....No really passies don't need as much as other stuff soooo I can get by with less.... :o)

Mont. yours has great color also,I've been using shultz,10-60-10,I mix one of those bags in a 55 gallon drum fill with water, and use a submersilbe pump amd fertilize my plants works great, and don't have to keep filing one of those jar hose sprayers

All spice, looks somewhat close to Belotti, don't you think?
Any fragrance with all spice?

Citrus Heights, CA(Zone 9b)

Yes! That's why they call it that. I found a pic in wouk's pictures that's close. It's called Vlasta I don't know if that means Allspice in Dutch or whatever he is , but here is the shot.

I want a Vitifolia, but I did not think it could handle the cold here. Does yours handle the winter, or do you bring it in?You should be colder than me.

I just bought vitifola and the cocciena off ebay, love the leaves of cocciena, huge as well as pretty, both have double in size in just a couple of weeks,I probably won't see a bloom this summer,so I hope they over winter easy.
I haven't looked into adding any plants on the data base as of yet, when I have more time I'll check it out.

Citrus Heights, CA(Zone 9b)

These are leaves of the Passiflora Alata Ruby Glow. They are the size of corn tortillas. Only there green of course.

Mine stayed out in a Simi-proctected area, we did have a couple of light frost but nothing much to worry about. The frost didn't get on them so I guess that was a lucky break.
If the winters got worse I would bring them in. :o)
