I been moving more of my brugs out today. On Some of my seedlings from last year that had y's but had never bloomed.Part of the y has died where I had to cut them back to where it y'd on the one side. Will it make a new y from there or will it have to make a new one someplace else? I know I am not explaining this very good. But sure would like to see some of these bloom this year.
Seedling question?
Mystic, I know exactly what you're talking about :) It's happened to a lot of my plants. I'm interested to see what others have to say.
Last year one side of my Rosamond died back. But the other half of the Y remained. It went on to bloom fine.... the shape looked a little funny at first but it grew out of it fast enuff.
If the dieback goes below the initail Y it might be another story. I would think... it would have to grow a new one before flowering.
