Hi guys....I found out for sure earlier this week that Amy is pregnant. (Shih Tzu) I am so excited. The vet said looks like 4, maybe 5. She is due on the 14th of May.
We are pampering her to the extreme which I have no doubts we will pay for later. My husband can't believe that I spend as much time preparing her food as I do the kids. I just want her to be healthy and happy, especially during this time.
She is so affectionate right now! I am eating it up. She has also started to be very nervous acting around new people, which I had never noticed before....especially men. Stranger still, is that she gets the most excited when my 15 month old niece is around. She loves her and licks her from head to toe. I won't let them be together unless I am standing right over them for fear of Sophie falling on Amy. Her little belly looks like it could pop.
Anyone else notice big personality changes with their females while pregnant?
