That looks like a hardy hibiscus, is it?

I dont know if it is hardy, but it probably is. So far, every hibiscus that I grow (I have about 15 or so) come back in the spring. I rooted el capito for you, I believe. It is ready when you are! It just bloomed!!! Email me when you are ready for it.

Supposed to be a perrenial. The tag from the nursery says red shield hibiscus, hibiscus acetosella, perenial. full sun. Sure blooms alot.
