Is this sick?

New Iberia, LA(Zone 9a)

Yesterday, I was checking on each of my brugs. I noticed this brug ( Ollie Hybrid) look funny. So I quickly removed this and moved away from all my brugs. I don't know what caused this look funny. All leaves look the same but not the new shoot leaves. I checked for bugs... none! Virus? Please let me know asap if I have to burn this one or can be save?

Mini, it looks like you might have thrips. They are very hard to see. A magnifing glass helps. Also you can hold a sheet of white paper under the leaf/plant and flick a leaf with your fingers and the thrips will fall onto the paper and you can see them easier. They are a tan color and very tiny, they will look like little flecks of dust crawling on the paper.
It could also be a nutrient deficiency, cold damage or a virus. But I'd check for thrips first.
