EASY CROCK POT CHICKEN DINNER

The Heart of Texas, TX(Zone 8b)

I spend too much time out in the garden these days and am always starving when it's time to eat...I have been using my Crock pot a lot and I tried this Chicken & Dressing dinner the other night I was so surprised it was easy, cheap & pretty good.

I have a large crock pot so adjust to your size...

6 frozen boneless skinless Chicken breast
2 boxes Stove Top stuffing mix-Pork flavored ( mixed by directions on the box)
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup/or Chicken

1st-Spray the crock pot with oil/butter/Pam etc...
2nd-Place frozen Chicken on bottom
3rd-Dump Stove Top dressing mix on top of chicken -( mixed by directions on the box)
4th-Add 1 can Cream soup on top of that, spread over top layer....cook on low 6 hours or high 3-4 hours...

I was so surprised it actually tasted great...you can add in corn /cooked sasuage or your favorite dressing mix...
It was fast, easy, cheap and really good.lol

Hope it saves someone elses day. :)
