Once my seeds germinate...what size container do I use?

My seeds are in flats and in RW right now, with no sign of sprouting yet. How large should I let them grow before I transplant them?
When I am ready to move them into individual containers, which size container should I move them to and with what type of planting mix?
I want to have my equipment ready when they are! Not that I am anxious or anything!

You should not transplant them unless they have grown the second leaf pair. I use a 7cm pot (appr.2 1/2 inch) at first.

Thanks, Monika. last year I killed some babies putting them in pots way way too big. Guess I drowned them. Yours sure do look perky.
