I'm ready to put my Brugs outside, frost danger is past. The plants are about 15" tall and they've been inside since I got them from a DG Co-op last fall. I have some pots that are about 5 - 6 gal each and thought one in each pot would be ok for summer into next year. What size should I use?
Any additional tips for replanting?
Thanks for any help you can provide.

what size pot for my Brugs?
I use a minimum size of 5 gallons and it will probably mean that you will be doing some midday watering. I've moved to 7 gallon, then up from that to where most of mine will be in 20 gallon pots this year and I'm going to mulch them heavily on top to help hold the moisture in. Watering gets to be a real chore when it is hot. LOL!! Good luck with your brugs. I hope you will post pictures when they bloom and also hope you will join us as often as you can for some fun and learning here in the brug forum. Besides, where could you get better pictures of brugs than from the people who grow them. LOL!!
Brugie,
Thanks so much for the info. I love DG and just renewed my subscription for a second year. This is the most wonderful group of folks I've every come across.
The location I have currently set for the Brugs will give them 2:00 p.m. - dark of sun. I have a small yard, sadly, and LOVE to water my stuff. So water will not be an issue. I just can't imagine these beautiful plants will grow to such a size in pots. I live in SW Virginia and I have never seen one - other than online. Sooo sad. People just don't know what they are missing. I can't wait to have blooms and post them.
Thanks again......I'll be online this forum much more now.

Kathy WELCOME to the brug forum. Please join us and come back often!
I have a small yard also. This year I am in so much trouble as I have so many seedlings started. It is just too much fun!
I would plant them in as big a pot as you can. Big is beautiful! LOL Just do not over water in the beginning.
