These should be ready next month.
CREAMSICKLE PODS
I think you are going to need my address!LOL! What is the cross?
Root, I have no idea really. Maya, Whiskers, EP, Gypsy Queen
and a few others were blooming close by. Want some seed?
What fat pods look like they are ready to pop! :)
Hummer, you need to buy you fifty acres to grow all these seeds. LOL
You are gonna have ten thousand seeds. That is huge.
Wow.. that will be lots of seeds! Plant those all and have full brugs in backyard! lol
I have a bunch of these also. I just love Cream sickle!
Me too! Lots better than HG.
Last yr, my creamsickle had as many single blooms as it did doubles. On the other hand, all 5 of my HG blooms were double, but I must admit, creamsickle is a good flower producer. HG is getting there, just a little slow. I currently have 10 - 12 buds on my HG's.
I want some seed hummer nut I will be coming to raid your yard in the middle of the night....LOl
These pods are good looking! You will need a lot of space to grow them out!
WOW!!!
I'm new to Brugs and hope to have my first blooms this summer. I love the flowers, and anticipate the scent, but now I realize that the pods are amazing too.
Yes they are. And each seed in them are unique. No 2 seeds have the exact genetic makeup, therefore, each plant grown from seed will be entirely unique. There is always some mystery involved.
I have never had a single on my Cream sickle. Are singles usual to others who grow it besides Larry?
My Creamsickle only bloomed late last fall and all the blooms were double. It's about ready to bloom again. I can't wait. LOL
I had singles on mine during the heat, especially.
Ada,
I hope you post a picture of your Creamsickle when it blooms.
I hope it's soon.
I sure will, Tree climber.
Crossing my fingers for you Larry and hoping for something really fabulous.
Beautiful!
Really pretty!!

Pretty bloom Ada. It will just keep getting bigger and bigger and the skirt will drop more and more. I hope it will turn peachy color for you.
Shirley, I hope it changes color also. It didn't change for me last fall with it being so late.
I have to put this Brug in my top 10!
