Hello out there????

Hi, I'm starting to think I'm doing something wrong here. I joined this group for information and I have not been able to get any answers to any questions I have asked. Not even a single reply. I'm starting to wonder if I am the only one who can see my posts. It's like they aren't showing up on anyone else's screen but my own? This is my last attempt......

Sometimes it just takes a day or two, I can only see one other thread you've started, did you start others too? Also have you seen the Welcome Mat forum, there is a warm welcome there for everyone there.

I'm afraid I don't know if Cannas rebloom, they seem to last quite a time here, but hopefully someone here can give you a more comprehensive answer soon :)

Hi Baa! Thank you so much for the reply. The other question I asked was a few weeks back, it was about Wisteria. I was wondering if it was poisonous because I was considering planting it to grow over my dog kennel. I did my own research and found that it is, so I have a nice Chocolate Vine growing that looks like it's going to cover it quickly! It's amazing. I love it. Thanks again!

i am afraid i have never seen my cannas rebloom here in south carolina. they do bloom alot on the stalks but not reblooming. i have found you have to get what someone told me a fall canna and a spring canna to get blooms all year.

i have several different canns that do bloom through out the spring and one set in the fall. it just the type you get but they dont rebloom. just a profusion of bloom if they get enough water.

less water less bloom. lots of water nice blooms and foilage.

hope this helps. there are some great cannas to buy though.

Hi AKelley, I just found this thread. I also posted on the wisteria/dogs. My mom's dogs don't seem to care at all about it. It's been there about 5 years, hasn't bloomed yet. But Mom makes sure her dogs have beef bones all the time to chew on. Glad to have to aboard. Dave's is the greatest!!! I thought the same when I first posted on here. Some times it takes a day or two. Glad to have you. Jody

I've been a member for a year now - and there's no better site than DG. With the weather getting better most of us are outside digging!! :) finally! after the cold winter.

You will get answers. People view your question but until they know the answers they won't attempt to 'guess'.

welcome kelley, nice to meet you. i read that canna's don't rebloom but with each new shoot of leaves it sends up you'll get a new set of blooms.

AKelly... Not having a post answered doesn't mean anyone is ignoring you. It means no one has the answer. I get those, too, and I've been here 3 years.
