This small orchid is "Iwachidori (Amitostigma keiskei)". I have a poor flower this year. They are native to Japanesee mountains.
This is a bulb plant.

What a beauty, goldenfish!
The flowers remind me of our native Schizanthus hookerii (annual) http://www.ujf-grenoble.fr/JAL/chili/imag-CH/schy.jpg
Maybe, the resemblance to your orchid is what gave our Schizanthus the popular name 'Poor Man's Orchid' in the USA and UK.
Thank you Ursula! Schizanthus hookerii is very gorgeous!!
and 'Poor man's orchid' is funny name. I like it.
This Amitostigma keiskei's actual size is only 3.9inch height. You can put the pot on your hand:)
