I got today's DG Newsletter and in looking through new PDB entries I saw an entry for Grape Hyacinth.

Has it been changed from muscari to bellevalia? Or have there always been two and I just didn't know it?

No, some species of Muscari were separated out into Bellevalia some time ago. Grape hyacinth is simply a common name.
The Bellevalia paradoxa was once known as Muscari paradoxicum, some still use Grape hyacinth for this species.
Thanks for the answer!
