After we re-installed EVERYTHING- we are STILL having problems.

Now my screen is all fuzzy and I am down to 16 bit color.
We did have 32 bit. What happened?! How do I fix this?
The 32 bit isnt in the options- it just says -

2 colors and 16 colors.

My grandfather re-installed windows and this is how it came back.

Were running on win 98- the same as we were before.
When I try and look at pictures they are full of dots (pixels)- they are pretty big dots too.
Web pages do not show up properly either. :(
I'm trying not to complain- cause at least we are back online,lol.

How can i fix this?
