Ad-aware quarentine?

I was busy gloating over my newly added Ad-aware, so I decided to put it through its paces. Well it ended up with 187 "objects" and did I want them removed? Sounded good to me so I clicked on yes. Now I see I have 187 things in auto quarentine. What does this mean? Any one familiar with this?
