Kathy I got some from e-Bay and some other sites pretty reasonable. Sorry but I shared them all at the plant swap.

Kathy I have the pink Asclepias tuberosa. You are welcome too. But I will tell you it might be to late this year they require a cold period to germinate.

so I need to plant them in the fall so they'll come upin the spring?

I wintersow them. So yes you could plant them in the fall. You could put them in moist papers towels in the fridge for a while and them plant them but you will not get blooms this year. But you would get a head start if you want to do that or you can wait until fall to sow them.

Mystic could I talk you out of a few of the pink tuberosa seeds too?? I have never seen them. Do you know if this is a milkweed. I saw it all over Petit Bois Island last week growing in the dry sand.

Your both in luck I have 2 packs left. Send me your address and I will get them in the mail to ya. Donna is that plant low growing?

Vancleave, MS(Zone 8b)

Yes it is. I don't know if it will get tall or not. We just started going to this Island. I plan on digging some up but I will have to remember not to water it very often since it is growing in sand and we have had on a trace of rain in 2 months.
