Finally done!

Barnesville, GA(Zone 8a)

This is a color version of the brochure I made for the GA. Experiment Garden (who checked my brugs). They're having their big sale this weekend, and I get to put these out for the public. It's in color so y'all can see Mary's wonderful artwork!
(Actually it will be done in black print on pink paper.)

Actually, I can't take credit for drawing that, those were obtained from an old botanical plate in a book somewhere. I just manipulated them around into a different format.

Nice work ladies. The cover looks really nice.

Hi Vi and Mary, Good work. My Master Gardener Group is having a plant sale on April 24 and I am contributing brug and dat seedlings. Would you mind if I used part of this information to attach to them? Linda

Marshfield, MO(Zone 6a)

Because that artwork is what appears on the ABADS database website, it would have to be okayed by the ABADS Board for anybody else to use it again, as far as the text info being used by anybody else that is up to Vi, since the text was her work.

Marshfield, MO(Zone 6a)

Vi, the abads database address is
http://www.abads-database.org/

with a dash in it.

Columbia, SC(Zone 8a)

That's ok, probably more information than I could reproduce anyway. I'll just prepare a brief care tag for them.

Barnesville, GA(Zone 8a)

Linda, you're more than welcome to use the info--that's why I posted here. I used most of this for the brug talk I gave to the garden club, a couple months ago. Heck just about everything came from all these great folks anyway!

Mary, thanks for pointing out my error-- just in time, I was going to get them printed tomorrow. And I will still thank you for the artwork because none of us would probably see it if it wasn't for you, and I bet it didn't look as purdy!

If anyone else sees something wrong, please hollar!

They came from A Golden Guide from the 70's called Hallucenagenic Plants, I have a copy

Great work you two. It is very pretty. Vi you sure the Veri-color don't like below 50 degrees? Mine don't mind 35 even blooming unless they get frost and they always come back in spring. They are just slow to bloom.

Kyle,I would like to get info on your book,I would like a copy,I can search it here in KC.

Norwalk, IA(Zone 5b)

Root..when I find the copy I have I'll get you the info.... :-)

Ewing, KY(Zone 6a)

Looks Good. I thought I recognized the pictures from ABADS. Good work everybody.

Donna, actually I always heard 45 for the versi's, but since this is going to a bunch of newbies in the Atlanta area, I thought I'd be safe and say 50, especially with wind chills and longer sustained temps here. I know I don't want to take any chances. even with KP!

I can't believe you have them overwinter! Do you think it's because the ground never freezes? I think you ought to make a new thread about that!

Harrisville, MI(Zone 5b)

I got it Kyle,Poppysue gave me the info,I am going to put Monica on the Ebay hunt,it sure is a good looking book.
