Cleome seeds have to be cold stratified before sowing. I am not sure about the stratification time frame, but I'm not sure you'd have any big beautiful plants for your party unfortunately. But I might be wrong...
They are some of my absolute favorites too. Let me go check my seedbox, I think I might have some left.
oh please, please. And thanks so much for replying so quickly. I just can't sleep, so I am up planning my flower beds and my vegetable garden. The last time I planted them, I got them straight from my step-mother's plants, and brought them home and sowed them, and they did great.
I would appreciate it so much. I don't have any seeds to trade, but I would gladly send you stamps, or an SASE. Whatever you would rather have. I would always have everyone send me about 3 stamps, and they always came in handy!
