Hi I wonder if anyone can help me when I was in public schoool many many years ago LOl one of the kids made what she referred to as "rock Candy " and sold it to us ( it was not the traditional rock candy of today with its crystals)It was hard and an amber color anyway the recipe was simple it was white sugar & vinegar and Im not sure about water, I would like to know if any ofd you would know the quanities of each , also I had another friend that tried to make it but didn't let it boil long enough and it turned into a white syrupy mess
