Cold soups - YUM!

Fort Pierce, FL(Zone 10a)

I probably shouldn't even be posting here since I don't have a real kitchen, but I have a tiny electric frying pan, microwave, toaster oven, blender and fridge. I LOVE cold soup and will share a recipe with you. I would like to have one for cold Strawberry soup if someone has one to post.

FROSTED CRAB SOUP
1 can (6 1/2 ounces) crab meat
2 tablespoons butter
1 can condensed cream of Mushroom soup
1 cup light cream
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp white pepper
2 TBLS pale dry sherry
2 TBLS fresh lemon juice

1. Saute crab meat in butter until golden
2. Blend together with remaining ingredients
3. Chill 3 hours
4 Garnish with parsley and serve.
