kathy_ann, welcome! I don't have any mints, so I *know* I don't have this one (grin), but I'm wondering if you mean Mentha longifolia 'Habak' or another variety? The more specific you can be, the more likely that somebody around here has what you're lookin' for ;o)

It's called Bible mint, I've gotten it before, but don't know the official name of it. has diff leaves than other mints, and has a diff growing habit too. Sorry I don't know any more about it.

Here's what I was able to locate about this variety: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&q=Mentha+longifolia+habak&btnG=Search Obviously, being able to see and smell it would be best, but hopefully the descriptions will help ;o) I hadn't heard of it until I came across your post and started researching...

Costmary is called Bible Mint.
People would put a leaf of it in their Bibles and when they felt drowsy in church, would take the leaf out and smell it to wake them up abit.

i thought it was called the bible plant, It's ot the habek mint though, I've seen the costmary, it's pretty, it dosn't smell like a mint I dont think, I think I have some of that coming in a large trade i'm working on

I think the Costmary is referred to as "Bible Leaf" rather than "Bible Mint" - could be wrong though. Here's the entry we have within the PDB: http://plantsdatabase.com/go/2252/index.html
