Panama, NY(Zone 5a)

When I went to bed last night, it was snowing, but it must have turned to rain, because now just at sunrise there is only wet to be seen. Not that we'll see a sunrise today, but I know it's up there!

The last few days have been sunny/partly cloudy with a chilly northwest breeze and temps in the 40 s. almost too cold to work out, but I did get two winterberry bushes moved to the rose fence on the road / north side of the house yesterday and mulched some of the rose bushes along the same fence.

I also finished the little quilt for Melissa's baby. (Skyblu, congrats on the granddaughter. They are soooo much fun!)I'll post a picture later. I have to download into one computer, get it into the right program, transfer it to the zip drive and then download it into this computer. This one is slowly losing functions, but it is going to hold up a while longer. I could put the iMac online if absolutely necessary, but Stan and I both want one totally secure computer, so I don't.

KJo, that's good news about the rhubarb. I think I might plant some pots and see if I can sell some next spring as year old plants. The seeds have been out in the unheated studio almost all winter, so we'll see what happens.

My older DD and family have been in KY visiting and are coming home today. I gave each of the grandkids two disposable cameras for pictures. It will be fun to see what they found fascinating enough to record on film.

Well, I guess I'd better go get breakfast.
