Help getting building plans

After watching your various greenhouse threads, and admiring the handiwork and creativity, I have found a capable fellow who is able to build one for me. I live in a highly restricted neighborhood where outbuildings have to look authentic, and we have a W'msburg house. Can I purchase plans for something about 8x10? Is there a design book of plans available?
I think we can do better than the $5000 that the unassembled ones cost.

I know there are some places online that have greenhouse plans. Just do a search, you're bound to find plenty.
