I got a frantic phone call from a girl I met a few weeks ago, she has a mission in life to rescue bunnies that folks toss out.
Seems she stumbled across a box next to a dumpster. Peeping noise could be heard and she went over to investigate. She found countless baby chicks and ducks dead. A handfull were still alive. She called me to take them in beacuse she couldn't keep them (lives in the city, in a condo). She drove for a hour and a half to get to my house to bring me the babies. They spent the night inside in a pet taxi, ducks in one taxi, chicks in another. Here they are enjoying a meal before they were seperated.
