A friend of mine wants to move a satsuma tree, it is planted in the ground, will it be ok to move it now? WHen IS the correct ime to move them?

They are planting citrus grown in containers here now, don't know about digging and moving one though.
Thanks Cala, we decided not to move it after looking at it again....far too big for us to manage!
Weeds, it's the root ball that's the killer! If you make it too small, the tree suffers, if you make it too big, you can't move it.
This job is bigger than me!
