Easy chkn resipe from mollybee and Traci S

Temple, GA(Zone 7b)

Use 4-8 boneless chicken breast. Roll them in melted butter & you can add a little worcestishire sauce w/holes poked in the chkn.

Add all dry ingredients in with the potato flakes. W/1 tsp parmesean, salt . pepper, or you can add some lemon pepper, and a lil garlic powder, then roll in Idaho Potato Flakes. Bake at 375 degrees for 24-30 min, depending on size of chicken.

Sometimes, I slice only one side of the chkn breast, and stuff w/broccolli, and monterey jack cheese and a lil parmesean.
Pin together w/toothpicks.
This is great and my hubby and family love it!!!!!!!!!

you can stuff it w/whatever veggie or cheese you're family may like best!
