Cookbook for charity

Orlando, FL(Zone 9b)

My workplace is creating a cookbook to sell at the office. 100% of the proceeds go to charity. Even our materials will be donated by a local company.

Every year around the holidays we give the money from all of our charity events to the Orlando Sentinel Family Fund. That charity distributes money to many central FL charities around the holidays. At my company we usually raise several
thousand dollars every year. In addition the McCormick Tribune Foundation matches 50 cents for every $1 donated.

Our office isn't too big so we find we are running a bit short on recipes. If anyone has any tried-and-true recipes they would like to share it would be appreciated.

Here are some ideas of the type of things we are looking for:
1. Appetizers
2. Chip and Dips
3. Drinks
4. Coffees
5. Sandwiches
6. Desserts
7. Candies
8. Exotic/ Ethnic Dishes (Cajun, Mexican, French, Polish)
9. Soups and Stews
10. Breakfast Foods
11. Energy Drinks
12.. Gourmet Dishes/Meals
13. Breads
14. Casseroles
15. Crock Pot Dishes
16. Low Calorie Dishes
17. Vegetarian Dishes
18. BBQ (Anything to do with BBQ, i.e. marinades, meat preparations)
19. Salads
20. Veggies

Thank you for all your help!
