Does anyone have an older edition of this? I'm cooking leg of lamb on Easter. I had an older edition that I gave away...can't remember to whom. Anyway it had the destructions for lamb...put in HOT oven and reduce heat right away to ???degrees for 20 mins. a pound. I want to say 325, but can't remember...turned out great every time. LOL even had the sheriff's dispatcher in Eastpoint,Fl. send a deputy to get her a plate when I made it. Been awhile since I cooked a leg as Bill really doesn't like it. Oh well...he'll get over it as I'm also doing broccoli with scratch cheese sauce.
