Imported Japanese blue koi - please help

Does anyone have an imported Japanese BLUE koi. And if so, do you know much about it. Does it breed w/the domesticated or should I get another import. My other import died.

any koi will breed with another koi. It doesn't matter where they come from. Wish you lived closer since I have several hundred young koi.

The blue ones are not really rare just not as popular so the breeders don't breed as many as the more popular colors.
