Growing wild in my yard....

I have enjoyed it for two years with its wonderfull balls of flowers; it stayed in our dry summer while much else wilted away. But did I pay for it: babies all over the place and so hard to get out. They don't just full out, I have to lift the glump of dirt around each one. I spent two precious spring weekends. And still have to catch up with the Jerusalem artichoke sunflower spreading and keep the Obedient plants in line. I can't grow everything I like in pots becasue it runs wild. Help!!

This is going to sound weird...but do you think I could send you postage or do a trade with you for this? I know it's a weed, but it reminds me of my childhood and I would love to have some of it (for a pot). Let me know if you have any of it popping up yet and I'll do whatever you want :) Thanks! Susanne

You know, I figured it would but I haven't seen it here in the 2 years I've lived here. I'm wondering if it's too dry and windy. I'll look some more through spring and see if I find any. I guess if I dont find any, I'll holler at you :)
