That is the most beautiful Cematis I have ever seen! I'm growing my first one, no name, no bloom, just a small one I got at Wal-Mart. If it thrives here I really want one like yours. I'm saving the name!

nelly mosers are so very pretty. what way is the plant facing? does it get full sun etc? thanks debi z

Hi Debi-_z, The plant get's morning sun til about 11am or 12 noon. It sit's on my front porch facing east. I have another Nelly Moser that sits off the edge of the porch & get's sun til about 1pm or 2pm, I'm thinking of moving it b/c it's not doing as well as this one. It's healthy and is blooming ok, but nothing like the one on the porch. I'm still learning about these plants, I'm unsure if the extra sun is why the other one doesn't bloom as much or not. If anyone has any ideas I'd like to hear them. Here's a shot of the one off the porch. ( big difference) Dixiechick

Hi Dixiechick, just got hooked on clematis and will plant up a new Nellie Mosher..want it on edge of front east-facing porch, too.

Question, what size pot should I use? thanks, jean4
