Wow! Very cute! It's great how good you are at growing this difficult plant. Thank you.

The question remains...how much longer will it live!

Todd, that is a neat plant - I don't think I've ever seen one before!

A comment came into the helpdesk, suggesting it may actually be Dionysia aretioides. Here are some images for you to compare: http://images.google.com/images?q=Dionysia%20aretioides&hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&sa=N&tab=wi

I couldn't find any images of D. teucroides for comparison, but this site describes the leaves as covered in white woolly farina: http://www.floralpin.de/Info_page/Plant_offer/D-G_eng/d-g_eng.html

Please let us know what you think. It's a great plant, whichever species it turns out to be ;o)
Thanks!

Terry, I too have been told by experts that the plant in question is probably really Dionysia aretioides rather than teucroides. I did purchase it as the latter, but nurseries often mis-name plants. Right now it is very fluffy looking and looking very good.
