Two months ago I asked for some new Rothkirch pollen and other colors and types to cross to my aurea white seedling.Well you could say the pollen took! I did the cross on 2-16-04...pretty fast results huh? LOL Very large pods already. I also have one A. white X V. Orange pod..but it is growing very slowly.
Record time pods
Wow, great looking pod. Hope it grows some beauties.
Cool. Next year you will have another couple of hundred seedlings to grow out just from this cross. LOL!! Nice pod Kyle.
Brugie..HEY!! I just thought about that....Sheesh... LOL
wow... did you shine that?
I always get these nappy looking crusty pods.

WTG Kyle. What a great looking pod.
Did I mention,I am still open to plant sitting!!!LOL!!
That one looks great Kyle, and the cross sounds very promising!
Deep roots..nope it is naturally that sheen..but also notice the fine bristles along the edges........it is kinda hairy....somewhat sorta kinda. LOL
Whoa! WTG!!
I love looking at pods. And every brug has a different looking one! Very pretty Kyle! I wonder if it will keep growing and be humongous!! LOL
It's not hairy, Kyle, it's velvety! Also amazingly large & beautiful! How long do you think it will take to mature?
Nice looking pod Kyle! Hmmmmmmmmm, I am wondering about TODAY
Kyle:
Your pod is a thing of beauty! I love looking at pods so maybe someone will start a pod thread titled All Pods, All the Time to feed my podmania. LOL
That's a nice pod Kyle! Hope you get some pretty seedlings from it(also hope you have a BIG greenhouse to keep them all in, lol)
Cala...didn't I tell you...you are growing all of my new seeds in your yard!! LOL I am out of room..LOL LOL
Ronna..the shortest time to maturity I have had was two months and a few days.
Excellent pod formation!!!!!
Wo that's great. Hope you get something really fabulous from them.
Thanks, Kyle. My very first pods were set last September, so they were on a completely different timetable. I started off with 12 pods, 8 of them aborted before they were ripe (even though they had been on the plants for MONTHS). I have seeds from 2 of them, and 2 of them are still on the plants.
