Rooted shrub cuttings

So.App.Mtns., United States(Zone 5b)

I have a bunch of small rooted Sweet Shrub and Burning Bush, that have been in pots since last Fall.

I'm open to Trades, or Postage if anyone is interested.

west allis, WI(Zone 4b)

I'd be interested in both. Will email you...thanks...b

darius, I would like to have one of each. What is on your want list?

Elizabethton, TN(Zone 7a)

What part of the state is Back of Beyond, I'm wondering? I have family in NC. They're on the Other Side of the Mountain not the Back of Beyond tho I think.

;)

KillerC... it's a joke because I am so far from anywhere, LOL. Someone on another thread who has moved to the country says her husband says, "We're not at the end of the world but we can see it."

I'm in the SW toe of the NC mountains, near hayesville and the GA line.

Ruth... I'll bring them to vic's for you. Trade for the vinca, okay?

Maben, MS(Zone 7b)

Sounds good darius, can hardly wait to see you.

Elizabethton, TN(Zone 7a)

Yeah I got the joke, actually, Other Side of the Mountain is also a joke...

guess it fell flat.

I like the 'can see the end of the world' one, too - I hadn't heard that one before. I knew someone who said "We're at the second exit past Nowhere" though.

Kingston, GA(Zone 7b)

Hey darius,
I would love one each of your shrubs. The deer keep eating mine down to a stub. I was thinking maybe if I could grow them in large pots till they were big looking to the deer, maybe they wouldn't want to eat at them so quickly. LMK
Oh, also wanted to tell you that I have plenty of variegated vinca and the plain vinca (the periwinkle kind) you can have when you come to visit. LMK

Monica, I'll bring them when I come.

Folks, that may be all I have until I can get outside and check the exact count. I'll take "maybe's" if you'd like but no more promises until the rain stops and I can get a count.

virginia beach, VA(Zone 8a)

would love some of your burning bushes, if you find that you have some still available for sase. just let me know.
thanks,
cristina

Christina, I know I have more Burning Bush, as I had a tub full. I didn't get a chance today to check the others though. Send me an email with your address. It will need to go Priority becausethey're leafing out.

west allis, WI(Zone 4b)

Darius...did you get my emails?

markleysburg, PA(Zone 5a)

Hi Would love one of your sweet shrub if possible. See if I have anything you can use Shirley Thanks for sharing

So.App.Mtns., United States(Zone 5b)

Babs...Yes, have you on the list.

Marclay... I think I have enough sweet shrub but need to wait a couple of days to verify. (I'm away from home.) I'll get back to you.

Temple, GA(Zone 7b)

DARIUS,
I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE A BURNING BUSH AND SWEET SHRUB IF YOU STILL HAVE ANY FOR POSTAGE. PLEASE LMK.

THANKS,
TRACI S

So.App.Mtns., United States(Zone 5b)

Traci... Sorry, I cannot do it. I checked my plants this afternoon. I lost a couple of burning bushes in the last hard freeze and I'm actually now one short for what I have already promised.

Maybe next year.

Temple, GA(Zone 7b)

darius,

That's ok, but maybe we can trade something else. Do u have anything for trade. I have cherry tree's, old timey yellow rose, (thornless), and forsythia coming out of my ears. lmk

Thanks, Traci S

So.App.Mtns., United States(Zone 5b)

Traci... I really don't have much to trade. I sold my house two months ago, and I'm in temporary quarters... and have about 100 divisions of plants from my old yard sitting in the driveway here in pots for a future home.

Are you going to the May 1st RU in GA? If any of my seedlings survive, I'll have a few things to bring.
