new hibiscu

i purchased 2 new hibiscus...one is dbl pink(pictured below)the other is el capitolo..it has some buds still on it, so maybe the next couple days i can get a picture of it..i am new to hibiscus and also recently received a dbl red..and i am growing the dinner plate pink ones, and the disco belle mix..woohoo...dont take much to make me happy..lol..well here she is...oh, i didnt get her potted up till last nite and she was packaged so well, even though i received it i think wed or thursday...bad me..:(

Very pretty. I love the tropical hibiscus. My annuals usually give me a good show too. Lucky you to have such a pretty pink one.

I had to get a couple more also. I got this one from Stokes Tropicals after I saw someone elses here. It is called "the clown". Came with buds on it and started blooming within a couple of days of planting.

the el capitolo i have is red...i got mine from ebay..lol...sorry but that is where i get most of mine...i get these impulses, and when i see something i like, i buy...isnt that terrible..lol.....i have a few of everything...few orchids, few roses, few cacti, few epiphyllums...oh i could go on and on..but i wont....they have lots on ebay

oh i luv ebay...the only thing i ever had go wrong was i purchased one of the mandarin orange plants(proper name..haha, i dont member)and the guy shipped it, in its pot....all the soil was in the plants leaves and talk about a mess...it is still doing great but i was a bit peaved..you woulda thought he would know better..he had sold lots of plants...but other than that i have done great....i got tons of seeds off there this past winter and had great success.......i dont buy from them if they have less than 99.9 feedback unless its something that looks like it might be a fluke or something....just gotta watch the feedback
