On first sight it might look like an Epi, but in fact it is Aporophyllum 'Caroline' (Hybrids of Aporocactus and Epiphyllum with spiny stems, larger flowers than Aporocactus. Culture is the same as that for Aporocactus.)
The flower is only about 2" long, but oh so pretty.
