Anyone had the shots in the knees?? I am going to try those I think instead of surgery. Would appreciate any input-my knees are getting so much worse and I am so tired all the time.Very short winded and I know it is overweight linked with a lack of exzercise I used to have.

Marclay, I know JanieJoy has gotten shots in her knees.
I opted for bilateral total knee replacement to get it over and done with after I checked how much the shots were going to cost out of my pocket. I love my new knees now that some time has gone by and wouldn't change the way I did it.
I had two series of shots of Synvisc and I couldn't really tell that it did anything. I went ahead and had my left knee replaced. I have a serious issue with weight too.
