I am in a new house since August and the yard has been very neglected. Last fall, I started a lot of work on the front yard, panted some hostas, sedums, and tulips...
I am wanting to start herbs in an herb wheel I built. How soon can I put those seeds out? I have heard may 1st??
Is that just random?
I am in east tennessee
