I stay confussed about how to figure weight loss. If I gain a lb or 2 a week & then lose that do I count 2 lbs lost. Or do U go from the weight before U gained? Do U count from Saturday to Saturday? If U figure the total from the beginning of the challange to now that should give U the true weight loss but there will be more lbs lost IF U are like me & have to lose some lbs more than once. It can make a difference.
Now do I have U totally confussed.. GOOD then I'm not alone *LOL*
