Mexican Hats/Ratibunda(sp)

I am looking for some Mexican Hat seeds. The real name is spelled something like Ratibunda They are small blooms with red and with little cone's coming out of the top. I guess that is why they named them that kinda like a sombereara hat. Does anyone have any??
