I just love this little guy. I thought I'd lost him, but I didn't. He just lost his tag on the way to Texas. I still have three or four that I can't tell what they are. I tagged them and wrote on the stems, but when stems freeze, they tend to get a bit slimy and then it's hard to read what's written.

I think when I write the names that I will remember what those letters stand for, then I forget. Then people email and say "what does this stand for" and I just draw a blank.

Kell, they point out more than up. I used it in some hybridizing last year, I'm anxious to see how the seedlings do.

DR, I'm good at chicken scratch, I wanted to be a doctor at one time, lol. Then I discovered I couldn't stand the sight of blood, not good when one wants to operate!
I think Bert would make a good partner for Ernestine, wonder if she's single and available???
I'm growing Bert X Whiskers or the other way around. I'm thinking that could end up being a looker too. Great picture Susie. Bert is a handsome fellow.
I always considered Whiskers as a guy also.
I have some seeds of a Whiskers cross soaking now. I hope they are as wonderful as these pictures.
